I'm certain 4200 is 72% because he hasn't completed his delivery yet and received a detailed invoice from CASS documenting the actual rate. It is possible he posted the rate after dividing by 72%, but highly unlikely.

 

I'm just curious how to OP is gonna get into Mexico for his Bi-weekly vacations? Last I heard they were currently banning Americans from entering do to virus concerns?

4200 is post 72% calculation (after subtracting 28%).

Simple.
