Not that I could see. Just a switch on the left of the trailer in front of the axle for "auto" and "manual"

And if you set it on manual ?

Manual just dumps the air bags and lowers the axle in case of icy roads & whatnot. Our have none of that stuff, just the standard electrical line from the tractor

I'm willing to bet it's the constant supply going to the trailer that's the issue.

    Dave1837 Thanks this.

Manual mode should just keep the axle from lifting. Its just an on/off switch as the axle takes power to lift when the trailer is light enough.

That's what I meant, one it's switched to manual the axle won't lift

I bet something is up with your blue wire pin on the tractor pig tail. I know on some of the older trucks were setup to have them constant hot or optional.... I'd think if you have the key on without it running I bet if you check the center pin with a test light it will stay lit all the time... this isn't correct it should only light with your brakes on or johny bar activated.

I'm also thinking if you haul a trailer with a ABS light either it stays on all the time right?

Not sure if you are one of the guys who goes to church and dwight in york? But if so I'll be there this weekend around 1600ish both days we could take a look and see if that is the case.

Our company runs to York all the time to get cement but I don't usually go out there. The ABS light comes on and stays on only when the brakes are applied. Other than that it's off. When it's lit, the axle lifts when the trailer is empty. Once I let off the brakes it goes back down. It's definitely my tractor that's causing the fault. I wrote it up so I'll see if it gets fixed over the weekend

I think your issue is also on the tractor side also... I thought you guys take in a placard load there alot.... remember seeing usually a red 379 but a blue one has come in a few times as well.
