I’ve pulled 44500 across 80 in 60mph gusts and it was pretty scary at times. Company wants me to take an empty from Washington state to Denver area. Monday is calling for potential 40-50mph gusts. Sounds like suicide/homicide and a ticket of some sort to boot. Thoughts?
Would you pull an empty across I80 in Wyoming

Check the weather in Colorado. I-84/I-15/US-6/I-70 could be the smarter choice if you don't want to sit a week in Wyoming.

Just ask at the port of entry , tell em your empty ,they always know the road conditions. If its bad you may have to wait a few hours. Just budget time for it.

I just checked the weather. Based on what I saw I would be taking I-70. The weather looks like it's going to be nice in Utah and Colorado. And as The Crossword Trucker pointed out you're empty and it only add an extra 40 miles.
40AcreMule Thanks this.
