Well why not just log there paid miles there always less? Run 750 get paid for 690 so why not log 690

At night, be sure to pray that you are Not in a bad accident. Those logs WILL put you in prison.

Between Denver and the Kansas line is 75mph while Kansas is 70mph. I made it from Aurora CO to Columbia MO which is 703 in 10 hours and 30 mintues. That was with a good truck and no speed limiter. Also I did not break the speed limit. That was also with a total of 3 stops on the way which only one was for food.

Back in the Old 10/8 days when if you were really hammering the logs I was coming back from CA with a HOTTER than Magma load called the other company ahead of me dumped the load and I had to lets say get to IL Fast. I did the 15.5 everyday Behind the wheel with a PTI and Fuel Sotp after my 8 hour break. Truck was set for 78 MPH so once I got out of CA I logged 72 across NV UT WY NE and the load was going to KY I relayed it in my company yard. I then logged 62 IA 67 in MO and 50 in IL max miles in the day I logged were 1116 in one day and not one thing was said to me.
BTW I still have the logsheets to back it up. -
I once did a trip from Toledo OH to Superior WI, about 710 miles or so got it done in 10 an a half hours in a 65 mph truck. Kept er at 65 all through Illinois and never got flagged on that one but I logged it as 11 hours drive time just to be safe. Had a lot of times where I averaged close to 65 mph for my 11, most the time was because I would leave the truckstop a minute or 2 early so I was going 65 by the time my drive time started and im pretty sure a lot of guys do that as well. Log it as say 0645 and leave the stop at 0643.
