Cascadia 2017 washer fluid not spraying

    Hello!
    I have a problem with my Cascadia 2017 windshield washing system. Fluid is not coming out. I replaced pump on tank. When I try to start washing the pump just makes short working sound and stop (like old pump). I checked new pump by connecting it directly to batteries, it's in working condition. Tried to unplug the fluid hose- same short sound of working, and nothing. I guess it's electric problem, not clogging. Any advices?
    Appreciate your help!

    take hose lose from wiper blade. try the fluid knob then. see if it comes out

    It is not clogging, I checked, looks like electric problem.
