Orientation for drivers needing a trainer has been delayed until at least June due to China virus concerns.

Wonder if other training companies will follow suit? Have you heard of other training companies doing the same?

I’ve got three reefer opportunities, but don’t want to be like Charlie Brown kicking at the football.

Hate to say it, but hopefully it curbs some of the idiots out there who got laid off from whatever crappy job they had and said "well I guess I can always try truck driving, I heard guys make a lot of $ doing that".

According to Marten's website, the only thing applying drivers have to do in person is drug test, physical and road test...all other orientation necessities are done online right now.

    It's getting comical, really.

I have enough remodeling work to keep me busy and pay the bills for a month or two, plus a decent amount of savings that I don't want to see shrink away, just in case I want to do O/O down the road, down payment on a used-truck, maybe, probably, maybe not., who knows? :)

I'm currently doing a demolition of an 18' x 29' Florida room (back porch addition) for my mother-in-law. Darn thing leaked like a sieve from day one. Twenty-five years later, wants it gone. Even though I was wearing a dust mask, I still wonder what diseases I'm exposed to from roach and rat feces. Licking a door handle at a gas station might not be as bad. :D
