Why don't you tell him to ask these questions himself?

He can do a few things moving forward, only maybe one of which will involve driving a truck. Only things I can recommend to do is apply at Carolina Cargo or a 1099 Chicago outfit that wants a warm body for there truck.

We ask for more information, because we need that in order to help you help him find an outfit to drive for or possibly work for in some other capacity. Your smart ##* replies when we ask for the whole story aren’t good.

You came here asking for advice, and without ALL the details we can’t give it to you.

Chinatown is one of the best. People have gotten a fresh start with rotten records.

I think if TTR was around in the 80's it would have saved us all alot of trouble.

Ok... I’ll give it to you plain. YOUR smart remarks aren’t helping. All we’re asking for is a little more information. Where exactly does he live, what lead lead him to make that decision, besides a threat by the trainer?

Most if not ALL companies will be asking that when they ask about any accidents that he had. Why did he listen to the trainer? Why didn’t he take it upon himself to look for a better way? Those are just a few questions that will be asked.

I’m not trying to be disagreeable here, I’m looking at it from a company standpoint. Playing devils advocate if you will. Yes it sucks this happened, yes it’s on his record for a long while.

Maybe Swift would hire him, England might, who knows? Without the knowledge of who he worked for we can’t help you.

    JolliRoger and Lonesome Thank this.

Well tell "you friend" he's not meant to be a truck driver and find a different job. If you truly been driving that long, you should have already told him that. You got to be pretty #### stupid to roll a truck. The only acceptable reason to roll a truck is to save lives, but even at that chances are you're still 99% at fault. I'll leave the 1% for those rare times when all hell breaks lose. Chances a driver who rolls a truck was driving too fast, not paying attention, following too close, didn't leave himself an out. etc etc.

Your "friend" didn't have the balls to stand up for himself and blindly follow some guy in another seat. That's not someone I want driving a truck. Common sense says he should have stopped when the saw the ditch, or felt the truck lean, or seen the embankment for I don't know....get out of ####ing look!!

So yeah...tell you friend to get a desk job and stay of the roads.
