I used to run a couple prostars, those piles didn't even give me the issues this truck does. It's 100% a lemon. Has had more money and parts put into it than most trucks have their whole service life.

Well, after they woke me up at 5:00 am and moved to another door, they took another 4 hrs to unload me. Missed the cutoff for second stop. Cancelled return load. Booked another for Thursday to Gary Indiana. I hate that place. All this hassle is enough to make a Guy lease onto a mega and do D& H loads fir $1.30 pm. I’m sure they would have nothing but praise for me and just think of all the discount perks. Be rich in no time. Be a good time to get that hot dog stand idea rolling. I bet I could make more money than Trucking, in the right location. Maybe outside the welfare office.

No...you need to get a Papa John's franchise. So you and Dave can compete with each other. lol

They lined up some days.
I used to purchase like 20 some dollars worth just to be sure of food for a couple of days. She was really good.
I don;t know what ever happened to her. But like all things in life things change.lovesthedrive, Dave_in_AZ, Rideandrepair and 2 others Thank this. -
I know...a topless hot dog stand.
Though not sure who'd want to see you topless.Dale thompson, Rideandrepair, WesternPlains and 2 others Thank this. -
4 weeks ago I stated that oil in texas will become worthless and everyone in it all over the world will have to shut down or go out of business. Everyone laughed.
A hour ago Oil traded at 1 US Cent per barrel for May delivery.
Currently as of the linked article after CME gave permission, it's trading at 37.45 or so NEGATIVE BARREL. Meaning instead of YOU buying Oil and take it away to your truckstop or refinery, THEY PAY YOU TO TAKE IT AWAY.
At this point there is nothing. Oil is worthless. Water at the tap on your kitchen sink is way more valuable.
At this point I expect fuel stations to simply stop and go home. Leaving us with no place to fuel up. Particularly after close of business today if that negative price stands. Which would be around 330 PM Central.
Or perhaps some Nation suddenly realizes that they are unemployed on a whole lot of oil thats no good to sell (Even if they did, there is no storage. All the storage is full...) that might mean war somewhere. I don't know. We have never had this situation before.
And it may need a shooting war between nations in say Persian Gulf to eliminate that negative oil price and drive it back to 200 dollars a barrel.
History In The Making: Oil Settles At Negative $37.63 Per BarrelDave_in_AZ, tommymonza, Rideandrepair and 2 others Thank this.
