You might also look at your connections. Make sure all connections are very good.
Just an example: I can't use those smaller ones that use a cigarette lighter connection. That connection just isn't good. Wire it up and it does much better.
I had a career working in the highest levels of electricity. You'd be surprised with connections. Personally, if I were worried about any connection. I'd use that grease they came up with for the aluminum to copper connections. Make sure I also have some surface area connecting. I don't like on AC outlets, the tab and just stick the wire in.

I have a harbor freight 2000 watt. It can handle 1600 to 1700 watts then it trips. I have 4 2 gauge cables wired to the batteries. It makes coffee, 1000 watts. The microwave runs 1200+ watts. The fridge only shows on start up, 350 to 700 watts. Otherwise it's 35 to 60 watts. Some times the microwave trips it.

I have to agree with Dave on renting some new cars. They are getting much better driving. I'm impressed with ones I drive. Really nice. Not to mention trucks. That new Cascadia I had. Getting better and better. Real nice.
Even on my little Corolla. There is no way it will leak oil. If it does. There is something very wrong. Toyota uses a zero to twenty oil. Something like that. It's light. They always said it's when you start the car that the wear takes place on the engine. They address that now. On driving. Toyota was smart enough. The spec is for high performance tires. Deflated to 32psi. Works beautiful. Drives as nice as an old luxury car. It's the nicest driving car in it's class by a long shot because of the tires. It's not meant to be a performance car. Then the engine brake I love. I'm happy with this car. Don't need nothing else.
I can also understand. A person has this car that has sat for years. It was waiting for them while they were OTR. It's gotten hurt because of it. Want to help the poor thing.
I had a storage room in Dodge City for my car. Kept it inside there.
In Denver. My car sat for two months outside. Then the guys working at the mill started talking that they felt sorry for it. Idiot I worked for finally paid for a return rental so I could bring it home.
I'm gonna ask where i work now. He has garages on that building. Park the tractor in there often. Gonna ask if I can park my car in one of those when I'm driving the truck.Last edited: Apr 30, 2020

U guys cant be running those types of miles. Dont u know there is no freight out here and the sky is falling and were all doomed ??? Sheesh even i am running my ### off. Did 720 miles yesterday . Dont usually like to run like that but i made a mistake with my reload and scheduled it for today at 3pm rather than tmrw at 3pm. Still gotta get unloaded this morning and i got a 300+ miles deadhead to bounce me out to the midwest. I hope i make it or it gonna be a long weekend
