Distracted While Driving Accident Caused By 4 Wheeler Claims Trucker’s Life

Sounds like the trucker didn't have a seatbelt on. Should be charges coming to the 18 years old young lady soon enough I would think?

 

Somehow they will blame the trucker

She will sue the trucking company for mental anguish and more than likely win. The POS lawyer will convince the Braindead jury that the reason why this accident happened in the first place was because the driver was not wearing his seatbelt. If he had taken that time to put his seatbelt on, he would not have been at that location. Think I am wrong?

I knew a driver who got sued, after a car cross in front of him on a 2 lane, motorist died, left a suicide note at home. They still went after the trucker.

Same thing happened with the triangles. Driver saw a 4 go off on a field trip. Driver pulls over to render aid, and some drunk slams in the back of the truck. Drunk gets killed. Driver gets sued because he didn’t have the triangles out.

You can have some fool jump off a bridge, splat in front of you, and they’re going to check you out to see if they can nail you with any minute violation to pin the death on the truck driver. Just remember these things when you see any arse blowing sunshine about driver appreciation.

 

She will probably do it again and think nothing of it.

 

I don't think the four wheeler should be crucified because someone was foolish enough to drive without a seatbelt. Not saying that she shouldn't be punished somehow.
