Can you imagine the horror those car occupants are going through? I tell ya, even with the rain, that 4 wheeler got 4 flat spots on the tires and some soiled underpants,, Are there still some who think a dash cam isn't worth it? That video sure saved that truckers ###.

    Maybe....
First they have to determine whether the truck 'had the right' to be where he was when he was. Then, when they can't find anything wrong with his logs, they'll have to determine whether or not he got a full 10hrs in the sleeper berth and if, in these trying times, he made sure to split his 2-ply toilet paper into single ply before wiping his touchas.

The trucker took way too long to stop plus looked to be a left lane get out of my way super trucker. The purpose of holding the horn for so long indicates rage.

Truck took the car to the only safe place for both of them...the right shoulder. Imagine stopping in the left lane and the cluster THAT would have caused. How long it took to get there was probably dependent on traffic in right lane. Holding the horn for that long was, most likely, adrenaline fueled rather than rage.
