They have agreed to a deal but still needs to be approved by the government ate expecting the deal to be finalized 3rd-4th quarter this year if all goes planned

1. If you are new and in probation you are on call at will and can get fired for any given reason. So dont screw up! Or get under management skin. 2. If you passed your probation congratulations you are now a part-time employee after all your hard work you are backed by a union contract. But you are still on call and if you get under their skin they will get rid of you. Once you are full time know you can bid on a route and have seniority but you're seniority will be violated sometimes on a daily. After many hard years of work back pain and headaches routes never get better and you will find yourself never stop easying the demand of the company Management will make it impossible for you to love or like what you do. The name of the company and the benefits will be your misery for not quitting. Pretty soon you will find yourself in a stressful environment and think you're underpaid for all the crap you're putting up with. In order to succeed here all you need is a smile, say yes sir to everything and have no brain. USFOODS SUCKERS ONLY!!

I worked for them when I first got my CDL and didn’t experience any of that. Pay was fantastic, supervisors were laid back. Non union, so no union politics to deal with, but they still respected seniority when bidding routes. However, turnover was so bad from guys who couldn’t handle the work, that there were always a bunch of open routes to choose from.
I’d still be there if it weren’t for the job I wanted all along falling into my lap.double_r Thanks this.
