You had to have known people would come for you when you tried to get cute with your Johnny Cochran humor.

nothing about your comment indicated you were joking. ( as if the O.P. Really needs jokes right now anyway). So you can’t really feel some type of way when people who read your comment take it seriously

Everyone knows Johnnie Cochran is dead man. I am not living under a rock; and why would anybody not think it was a joke? Previous members already said all there is to say to on his question, basically to get another job. If he were looking for a lawyer in LA, why not do a search? This forum has members from various parts of the country so we are supposed to know lawyers in LA. Anyway man, I appreciate you taking the time to reply to me:cool:

Its called being proactive, unlike some people I don't wait for #### hit the fan and run in circles asking what the hell is going on. If companies ain't got any shady #### they don't have any issues to worry about, do they?

I enjoy a good challenge but you should get in your head, companies only care for there interest and you need to only care for you and possibly your family the sooner you understand this and be proactive about it the better off you will be.

Had a relative few years back who worked for an HVAC company that after 19 years had an accident due to employer negligence refusing to replace a ladder that was in terrible shape and he fell because of it. he had surgery due to this on his legs was out for 6 months they terminated him after the 5th month they told him he had to return to work. His doctor said no on top fact he could hardly move. Now he had all his years he wanted but one year which doesn't seem like much but with there retirement, the compounded interest meant a big difference there was a huge difference in money. The judge ruled they had to pay his medical expense and rehired after a return to work was issued by the doctor.

Just shows you have messed up some companies are looking screw everyone out they can. Thankfully he got what he needed. He now works for HEB and an operation manager I think is his title he helps oversees the opening of all new HEB and help reduce expense or something idk his full duties. Makes more than he ever made as an HVAC employee and is treated better he doesn't need to climb anything anymore but he likes to work those type people are rare to come by.

A pain in the ###. It's hard to believe that you have sued multiple employers, anybody with a attorney on retainer is looking for a payday without working.

I have known many drivers who use retainers because they don't want to be left with nothing at the end of the day. Because some prick too busy pay attention to the road and wants to sue the company and driver for his poor actions. I use my, lawyers, to the fullest, as a former landscaping business owner that was the bulk my money I sold the company that I started at 8 that was worth 3 quarters of a million with the clients and equipment I had. You need lawyers to own and run a business rather for business regards the type of company you want to tax issues. While most kids my age were worried about kid stuff I worried about making that extra dollar to do with whatever I wanted.

I was thankful back then I never once got stopped and asked when was young had no form of a license or permit. But nowadays you don't even see a kid with a lemonade stand because there that strict that and I think kids nowadays expect everything to be given to them. As for the lawsuits anyone can sue for just about anything rather it amounts to much is another thing, I studied law briefly I know what's expected I sat in on a few sessions mostly for extra credit professor was very very lenient. I am by no means an expert but study it, and trying to interpret it is the very foundation that's most important.

So I shouldn't recommend Perry Mason? Someone might take it serious?

False equivalence. Perry Mason is a fictional character, Cochran was an actual trial lawyer. Many people aren’t even aware Cochran is dead, hence the confusion from his comment

I guess these days you cant be humerous or sarcastic about anybody. Cochran comment was just a joke. Many jokes about Bush 1,2, Kennendy, Johnson, Washington, etc.
Some of yall need a chill pill.
