Charged with falsification on gun application!?

Like wow last year I tried to buy a gun and the question have you ever been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by one year in prison I said no since I only got probabtion for a misdeamnor 2 years apparently no one told me my gun rights were gone after that I filled out app didn’t get approved now 7 months later I’m being charged with a. 3rd degree misdeamnor and disorderly conduct like wtf I didn’t understand the question and I skimmed thru most of the questions. This crime is punishable by up to one year most likely probabtion but I’m hiring a lawyer since I’ve read this happens a lot and the prosecutor has to prove that I was deliberately trying to lie to law enforcement which I wasent I thought I could buy a gun I’m not a felon. Now I have charges prelimary set to August. I have a great job I’m thinking worst case what happens if I do get probation over a wrong question will I lose my job will other companies maybe local hire me maybe I’ll get unsupervised probation since i haven’t been in trouble in like 5 years for corruption of minors which I got 2 years probation. Should I tell my company now or wait and see what happens o read a lot of these cases get thrown out. It’s complete bs I can vote pay taxes and can’t have a gun because I let an underage girl drink at a party I had back in 2012. What are your guys opinion what should I do? I’m a reck right now like I didn’t see this coming I wasent trying to elude law enforcement like I knew they were gonna do a background check and all would show and I stuck around it’s just complete bs

 

Yeah I have bad luck I get caught for everything I do wrong and it’s Pennsylvania they don’t duck around

 

And like the disorderly conduct no big deal but says I was disturbing business knowing I couldn’t buy a gun like wtf? If I knew I couldn’t buy a gun why the hell would I try? No one ever told me I could own a gun when I plead guilty to corruption of minors furnishing.

 

no but did you a answer the felony question right that’s my problem I didn’t completely understand it felony in bold letter or crime punishable by one year in jail I never went to jail for a year I got probation but I guess it’s all the same now I know before I didn’t

My main concern if I don’t beat this what are my trucking options? I can’t work at McDonald’s I’d rather die
