Charged with falsification on gun application!?

yes and yes it’s. Good relationship here most times top 20 driver out of 158 so I anit bad but idk I feel like I should wait and see what the lawyer says tommorow I just got this today my worry is tho probation my first company which was bottom of the barrel wouldn’t hire me until I was off probation and a good company like mine idk maybe I should wait and see preliminary hearing see if it gets dropped they have to prove that I knowingly lied to then which i didn’t just didn’t understand question and the disorderly conduct loL says I wasted the stores time knowing I couldn’t buy a gun like wtf? No one ever told me I couldn’t not the judge or public defender. And if I know I can’t buy a gun why would I waste an hour of my life trying to buy one like huh?

 

Still the the law is the law and I’m not a lucky guy what are my options if I’m on probation as far as trucking surely it will be unsupervised seeing how it’s a couple county’s over and I don’t have a car or a home they can come visit my led lite up tent in the woods haha trucking jobs wise tho would local jobs work? I know long haul wouldn’t

 

Really don’t companies check your records every year I know they do mvr checks not sure about criminal stuff I don’t wanna lie but I wanna wait and play out wouldn’t wanna lose my job now and case gets thrown out that’s dumb I get what your saying but companies don’t do background checks every year ? Even if I get on probation still say nothing that’s what your telling me?

 

Plus I think probation officers wanna know where you work and probably call them that would be bad I’m it a lier I tell the truth
