    It’s good practice. At some point your going to make a wrong turn and end up in one anyway at three am. Not that I did that or anything haha.

    As a local equipment relocation engineer, I’m in more subdivisions then on the highway usually with osow loads. Never had a problem with the law unless you go farming some yards, and depending on where cars are park some times there no choice.
