Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

What results did they get?
-
But I do applaud these drivers for making the trek and taking action. I might try to get in on the next one if I can. -
I also applaud them. I’m proud of my brothers of the highway for keeping the gathering polite and respectful.

They are warned not to turn to goverment for their inability to deal with these issues, they are going to be surprised that in order for them to get their stupid wish, they will end up allowing the door to their business kicked open and they won't like what the government tells them what they are going to create to control them more.
I can see a day where owners are going to be limited to what they are allowed to make to make it fair for other owners.Andreybanyuk, Sirscrapntruckalot, FoolsErrand and 5 others Thank this. -

The article pointed out that there message is scattered.
As much as this is a problem for a few, it isn't an industry wide issue. Many owners don't see an issue but many, to all but many who are marginal owners living load by load have these issues.
What I would like to see is what they are complaining about but not with government being involved to investigate or anything like that, I don't want to open the door for any possibilities of limiting revenue which will happen of they limit one group.Sirscrapntruckalot Thanks this. -
This is the government and I'm here to help. O/O are only allowed to makes 10% on a load or the same % as brokers.
Because your hauling food and clothes and stuff for the public. You cannot over charge them, so we need to limit your profits also. Ha Ha. Why would a shipper pay $3 per mile when someone will haul it for $1.20 per mile?
Did people forget we had the perfect storm in trucking 3 years ago ? We had drivers quite and less truck available to run because everyone had run legal. No more paper logbooks. Then we had the economy take off at the same time. It was the perfect storm for freight rates to go sky high. $3-$4 per mile was not the normal rates on paper logbooks. -
Government stepping in means more regulation for everybody. They have to be stupid to think otherwise.
