I just go by suspension air pressure gauge. I've gotten real good at it. I know where the 34K mark is.

If I'm grossing 78K plus, I usually still weigh it though.

Exterior Digital Load Scales - Right Weigh

This is the one I’m going with. Pretty sweet there is a blue tooth connect so the driver if he/she wants, can sit in the cab and watch his tractor gauge while watching his trailer scale. Hopefully this will save me a lot of time and money. Less cost more revenue. I like it.

    Dadetrucking305 and SteveScott Thank this.

How does the AppWeigh work with the phone? Have any problems connecting it to see the weights or do you have to get out and move closer to the sensors?

How does this work with a dedicated trailer and truck? Do you have to hook up one Per truck and trailer? Or do you just hook one up to the truck and run lines to trailer?

Did you end up getting this? I am thinking about adding this to new truck.

Do you have any problems connecting to the trailer as it is further away? Seems like a decent cheap solution if it works.

I get out to read the sensors. In the instructions it says you can move the sensors forward by adding longer airline to the tee so that you can get weights from the cab.

I usually walk to the halfway point of truck and trailer. But long airlines can be added to the tee’s and sensors moved forward.

So you could just add an air line and mount the sensor to maybe the dry van skirt? How does the sensor mount to something else?
