I'm in Marshfield today (fri) .... I graduate out of Evo III ..... I'm meeting my new fm while they work on my truck again ....... air leak in my tank is getting worse, I have to add water to radiator every other day now (the truck is also losing it's pulling power which mechanic thinks may be a blown head gasket), the roof leaks right about the center of the dash (may be the windshield), the map lights have shorted out, and I still can't get the CB to work (I think it's the antenna) ..... at least this week (since last fri am) I got in over 2700 miles ...... hope all is going well with everyone else ...... keep in touch
-
Hopefully you get a different truck while you're there.

well truck 6931 is dead ..... I am now in truck 7916 for good ..... it's a nice truck!!!! .... o7 freightliner, Detroit 60, 138k miles, and an apu ...... I have a load over 1100 miles but there's no trailers lol so I'm here in Marshfield for another nite ...... hopefully they'll find a trailer for me else this load may be late ......

138k? Was it used for local runs only?

Congratulations on getting rid of that truck.
There are never any empty vans in Marshfield. That's how dumb our planners can be, is every day there's a trailer shortage at headquarters. Headquarters. Like, the center of operations for this company. Can't possibly expect there to be adequate equipment there. -
Passed the test, got my truck and took a few days off. Truck smells like an old ashtray, hyper sensitive clutch switch kicks the cruise out on any bump in the road, but it only has 134K miles. Not bad for an 04 I guess.
I'm sitting in Gary, posting from my new iPod Touch. -
Could one of you guys share with me some info on their employment contract after training? I've heard that if you have to terminate employment before you fulfill your contract that they prorate it verses charging you the full amount at Roehl. Any truth to this? Also any advise on their training program is appreciated.
