Just another hand in the business. New ones every day whether they are drivers, owners or brokers. Nice website design. That is all.
I'm getting a ton of offers for dispatch services every day from people with really broken English. No offense to anyone not born here but do you think I need another breakdown in communication trying to get freight moved? I can't imagine having a dispatcher again at all worse yet one I can't understand. Laughable.Dave_in_AZ, Brettj3876, p608 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Well, can't fault the guy for trying, it is America (I think) after all. Pretty sure there aren't to many owner operators who wouldn't be thrilled to average $2.50 a mile, at say 10k miles a month, with a dry van van right now.
I remember that a lot of people mocked Jeff Bezos when he started his little enterprise years ago. Who knows, maybe the 250 guy will be laughing at all of us in a few years tooPPLC, Brettj3876 and Dale thompson Thank this. -
I hope @brank isn't offended at my posting a Twitter link, because you know, Twitter is what Donald Trump uses to get his message out. As well as 300 million or more people around the world do every month.

I was talking with a broker today out of Indiana that I've recently started working with. I asked if many of his small carriers have gone out of business during the shutdown, and he said more than a 3rd have closed up shop, and they're still dropping like flies. Sad for them, but good for those of us who were prepared for a rainy day and saved.

Still waiting for the brankster to offer up some of his deep insights and personal analysis of the current freight market as an owner operator.
Oh yeah, that's right, he's not an owner operator. He drives a company truck, I think. Which begs the question, since he has absolutely NOTHING to offer, from personal experience, to the substance of the thread, why spend time here making stupid posts?Brettj3876, Dale thompson and Midwest Trucker Thank this.
