I'm currently otr but about to have an interview with kehe distributors and papa Johns. Is there a high turnover rate with new drivers at kehe if you're still there?

Is McLane hiring in Florida? I think Florida would be a good place for this type of job. No winter ice, etc. I,m 6,2 180 so a little tall for this type of job. All these other driver jobs are ridiculous, 720 gross otr reefer is the last straw. CDL since 89 10 yrs at Michels hhg rig. Average 2,280- 2,900 in 94. I can handle hard work. I,m 53 but in good shape, 8 months straight working and make nothing. What do ya think about a determined 53 yr old doing this type of job ? Have about 2 million miles. I would rather do physical work, and drive very little.

If theyre not try all the food distribution places. Sysco, us foods, Kehe, martin brower, etc etc. They all pay really good. Hard work. But that means they usually have a hard time retaining drivers too
