320lbs overweight on drives, run it? I already slide the tandems as far forward towards the tractor as they will go.

pretty sure it would have to be more than that to get a ticket anyways. Then again i haul bulk and rarely axle out just right so im pretty used to it, I just tend to avoid certain places.

Where are you? Most places I would run with it. Or, if you know how, you can use a 4" strap to slide the rear most skid back to the doors and use a load lock to keep it from sliding back forward. Takes about 15 mins if you know what your doing.

Run it. You burn the fuel and you will be legal. Fuel is a little over 7lbs a gallon. Depending on outside temperature as much as 7.5. Always round up to 8lbs per gallon to be safe. I doubt DOT would write you for 320 over

Run it. That’s not worth sweating.

Worry about that when it’s more than 1000 lbs.

I am in Indiana, I should have scaled it near the shipper, but I knew I was well under 80,000 gross, I didn't think it would be a problem. Got 400 miles down the road and scaled it only to find out its 320lbs overweight on drives, and cant slide the tandems forward towards the tractor anymore. I normally always scale, this time I got lazy, I made a mistake, next time I am scaling near the shipper.

Just run it... Had you done the same thing but were over 1K then you could you a stap to slide a skid or 2 back to the doors and thus would solve the problem... While leaving the tandems allbthebway forward
