320lbs overweight on drives, run it? I already slide the tandems as far forward towards the tractor as they will go.

if u got an apu ur already legal... thats about 40 gallons of fuel, regardless.
bryan21384 and PE_T Thank this. -
pretty sure it would have to be more than that to get a ticket anyways. Then again i haul bulk and rarely axle out just right so im pretty used to it, I just tend to avoid certain places.
PE_T Thanks this. -
Where are you? Most places I would run with it. Or, if you know how, you can use a 4" strap to slide the rear most skid back to the doors and use a load lock to keep it from sliding back forward. Takes about 15 mins if you know what your doing.
Accidental Trucker, rachi and PE_T Thank this. -
Run it. You burn the fuel and you will be legal. Fuel is a little over 7lbs a gallon. Depending on outside temperature as much as 7.5. Always round up to 8lbs per gallon to be safe. I doubt DOT would write you for 320 overLast edited: Jun 27, 2020

Run it. That’s not worth sweating.
Worry about that when it’s more than 1000 lbs.Cattleman84 and PE_T Thank this. -
