Here's one that hires new cdl school grads. Need all the endorsements.
Probably make around $125K for each driver. @blairandgretchen drove there.

Anything LTL. UPS, UPS Freight, Saia, Old Dominion, Estes, R&L. Pays good, you’ll crank down some miles, and still have a few days off during the week, usually. You’ll need doubles and triples with hazmat for the freight guys. UPS you won’t need hazmat. Dayton Freight has OTR guys but it’s under a different name. Or it was at least. Kelly Transportation I think. Don’t know if they operate that as a team tho since last I heard they weren’t nationwide. Good luck in whatever you decide!

Try Barr-Nunn. In some areas they pay about 70 cents per mile. Soar Transportation out of Salt Lake is a good one if they hire out of your state. Also try team linehaul for an LTL like R+L, they pay well.

Old Dominion is your best bet.

FFE is a good choice also. Ask about the "plasma account."

This one in Brookfield is Teamsters.
I think they have a few teams in the refrigerated division.
Ask if teams there do long runs.
