A. Duie Pyle, Inc.

So Far i just finish my first week working for A duie Pyle. Im not going to lie this company is amazing!!!! Everybody treats you with respect. They are very organize and all the terminals are clean. The Terminals have rooms for lay over drivers and they would give you a company car when you stay sleeping at a terminal. Equipments are very clean and working conditions. I see my self staying here for a long time!!! Im a line haul driver and they pay me by the hour. They are very strict with the speeding policy and the no smoking in side of the trucks. Every terminal had a fuel truck and a shop. I had a interview for UPS i decided was not worth it that im staying in the Pyle family.

 

so far 3 weeks in and everything is amazing. The job is super easy. they do give you a time that you suppose to make it to the next destination. They give you enough time to stop if you have to. The job is stress free drivers are very happy at Pyle. the pay is very fair drivers at top pay are making ovet 2K easy. Pyle is building two more terminal in richmond VA and VA beach. I could say about 80%% of workers at pyle have over 10 years working for Pyle and still are happy.

 

So far so good. A duie Pyle been treating
me very good!!!.. Im surprice how great it feels to work for the PYLE family. The owners are very down to earth. We just had a meeting with the owners. Yes the owners came to the terminal and talk to all the drivers. They wanted to know how can they make it much better for Pyle drivers and the new hires Pyle Drivers. Not to much companies does these type of things. They just annouce another raise. The good thing about this company once you hit top rate in 24 months every year you get a raise!!!. I didn't know this untill the other day. Im still learning how the company works. Im a line haul driver so i just go to terminals and stay out two time a week and weekends off. They have double pension for retirement i didn't even know that untill Peter one of the owners explain that on the meeting. Im
very bless and thank god i was hired by A duie Pyle during this pandemic of the COVID-19. Trust me im all about the money so im one of the Guys that love to make 100k a year once i hit top rate i will be making over 100k a year. Im always chasing the money lol. Well this is a update to let you guys know how i been doin.

 

Today its Friday. I layed over last night they put me in the Hampton hotel very nice hotel. I came back today to my home terminal and guess what. My supervisor gave me good news. A Duie Pyle its going to give a raise of .75cents. So now top rate would be at $29.75 overtime after 45hrs. But that is not all. Remember i had said you need to work to full 24 month to reach top pay guess what. They just change the whole pay system. Now in 6 month you will reach top pay!!! Amazing!!! Im telling you what more can they do they are very great owners!!! I was lucky i came to work for this company at the right time.

 

yeah we get a average of 15-18 hours of Overtime. Some terminals get more like the terminals that are Hubs
