Company ever try to make you go past your 14 hrs?

Since you posted in the ltl section I'll mention you might be able to legally do 16 hours. There are a few provisios.
1. Can only use one a week, or since last reset.
2. Must start/stop in the same location for the last 5 days.
3. Can't drive after 16 hours.

I've used it to get back from breakdowns, but I never allowed the company to load plan with it in mind.

Every week when I was at XPO. Supervisors would even ask drivers if they wanted to burn there 16. That’s why my XPO career didn’t last too long.

well we can't assume he isn't working. smart phones these days make it easy to access this page while working, but we can't assume he is or isn't working, we don't know. it's possible.
