I have limited experiences with them but they have always been friendly and gracious towards me. But yep i could imagine there is some that are bad just like everywhere else

 

Used to have to get a bicycle license in Ohio.

In my little sheet hole, you will be stopped on the sidewalk. You will have lights and reflectors and about 2 people per year get a DUI on a bike.

Small town sheet.

 

Does the time on your recap decrease if you don’t use it at 12 am or does it stay the same until you use it? I gotta run on my recap and I’m not too keen on starting up again at 12 am lol runnin’ ragged already

 

If they are at fault, it can go back on parents home owners insurance in Ohio.

Kinda like your dog/or cow causing a accident. Your responsible for them.

 

No it doesnt go away. If u have 12 hours of recap and only use 2 then u would have 10 hrs of extra recap at midnight the next day where u would get that next day back as well... u can use it at any time of the day until u do a 34 reset then it goes away and u get 70 hrs back

 

Okay thanks; I’m not very good at math so I didn’t get the long equation someone gave me on my other thread about recaps, but hopefully I’ll have at least 9 hours on there

 

The bike thing . To me its just common courtesy to give way to the larger vehicle . When there is a big oversize coming down a narrow two lane u better believe im yielding to him and give them all the space i possibly can.... And even if the biker has the same privelege to use the road they should yield to the cars and truck traffic on the road..... Lets say i try to get around them and cause a crash ? If they want to have the same privelge then they should be liable for the accidents that they create

 

Today is saturday. So if u have recap hours today , it will be from the hours u worked friday the week before... if ur getting hours at midnight tonight it will be the hours u worked last saturday

 

I know, but that's the problem with laws and regulations, they either paint with a broad brush, or are filled with holes and everyone finds a way around.

 

Sounds like the trucking industry lol
