I agree with you 100%. If he treats the foreign guys like trash, I wouldn't be surprised if he did it to me too. I have another opportunity in the works, just waiting for it to pick up a bit before making the switch. I've known the boss for about 8 years is the only reason I'm kind of staying. Work hasn't slowed down at all for the last few months with these guys.

Oh that’s easy, just can’t be an illegal as far as I know, but knowing some states grant licenses to illegals they might grant them CDLs too.

Also want to point out I’m Armenian, didn’t say Armenians do it. Not saying they don’t there are some that do, but majority of the drivers I know got it the right way.

as far as bad apples, every color has em. I just tend to protect the ideals this country was founded on towards everyone that complains about it.

Why is it anyone’s issue what he’s paying to other drivers.

as long as your happy keep driving.

there could be other circumstances that you don’t know about why their pay rate is different.

One man must value himself before he can ask for more.

yea taking advantage I get it, but that’s capitalism. Supply and demand.

In 1532 Machiavelli's conquer pamphlet was published. It said dont send an army, send a colony of women and children first.

Western society is too busy worrying about germs and polar bears to realize what truly isnt sustainable. Which is getting your butt kicked at every turn by all your frenemies.

Conquering in the name of safety and fairness.

You know my friend told me the same thing. He told me that the boss deals with everyone a bit differently. As long as I'm getting good miles and pay what should it matter? Literally everything you said I've been told as well.

I'll just keep driving as long as I'm getting miles and treated good.

Correct, it's really no drivers business, what another driver is paid.

    @Canadianhauler21
    1)
Whatever decision you make, the absolute best of luck to you. Both @Chinatown and @LondRanger, along with your friend are correct on one thing: Keep to yourself and just keep on working, doing the best job that you can do.
    2) Continue to build up your work history and work record. SAVE all of your pay stubs & W-2 forms, (or whatever the Canadian version is), as PROOF of employment, just in case you need to look for another job.
    3) As a precaution to your own well being outside of the job, you may want to STREAMLINE all of your expenses as much as possible, paying off any and all bills and debts, REALLY saving as much emergency money as possible. Also, to the best of your ability, put money away for retirement, if you are not already doing it.

Good luck to you! God bless you and your entire family!
