This may seem obvious to most but I have pain in the rear after sitting for prolonged periods of time. sometimes stiffness to lower back but mostly pain in the butt. Got a pretty good seat but the only temporary solution is get up and walk around now and then. Am I alone with this issue? Any suggestions?

Get a good high quality seat cushion... I have a "Purple Seat Cushion" that I use and it helps alot.

I know you gotta keep the left door shut, but how long until pain sets in cause most I would ever drive without pulling over and stretching was 2-3 hours

Lose weight, go for daily walks. Did wonders for me! Keto diet lost 30 pounds so far, and it’s easy to follow. Low back pain going away

When you stop, do a few laps around your truck walking as fast as you want as you ck the truck, to get the kinks out of your body

Do not sit on your billfold. Most good seats have lumbar support. Use it. Stretch and flex when you can. Drink lots of water. Take ibuprofen.

Yer seat ain't adjusted properly. Keep trying.

One thing thats helped me with occasional lower back pain is to put a rolled up towel behind my back at the area of pain. Works better for that than trying to change the seat support.

Make sure you have adequate under thigh support. That’s a big factor in reducing weight on the backside. Helps with back pain, proven science.
