It's not an OOS but if it causes you to not get your rest, driving fatigued is an OOS. You tell you company to get it fixed because you refuse to drive fatigued.
farmerjohn64, Rideandrepair, Numb and 1 other person Thank this. -
No, roll the ####in windows down and truck on.
I slept 3 days ago in Georgia and Florida heat with the truck shut off and a 12v. This new era of drivers. Suck it up buttercup.650cat425, Rideandrepair and bzinger Thank this. -
If my A/C quits I'm calling a wrecker. If that makes me a buttercup so be it....least I ain't a melted stankin soggy mess

This guy explain it good. A/C is not required but driving because you so tired or unsafe then you have protection and that against the law.
farmerjohn64 and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
Ahh haa. This video explains it best. You start complaining at the shipper or receiver and then drive 20 miles to the nearest hotel, might as well pack yo #### n get out. If your going to boo hoo about air conditioning, make sure you got your #### together.650cat425 and Rideandrepair Thank this.
