Get a copy of your history. See if they actually put a ticket on your history. If there is no ticket on your driver history you can argue it. You could argue it anyways as police dont bother with 1-5 over the limit

    Go to schneider if anything

Moose gets 14 months where most of us get 10, it's the new math, makes them insane.

Too bad you don't have a year.

Anyway, I'd say that last inspection sunk you.

Those are csa points for the company, a truckload of them, not like their score is anything to write home about.

If you had a year, I'd give you a shot. There's lot's of guys that will hire you. Chin up.

BTW? I worked for them as well. I was with them for 90 days. Yet they gave me an extra 2 months. Thats when my logon stopped working.

I'm going to make this reply and leave it alone. This company can only go by what information they have. If that headlight going out on I80 was all you would still have a job. I am going to stand on my first comment here. You MUST start practicing doing this job correctly. @Chinatown, unfortunately, is correct, you will find another job. Remember though, with almost all large carriers you are just a number. When those numbers start working against you they will cut you loose. I did not make up these rules and I am not trying to be a hardarse. You can salvage your career, but you MUST do this job the correct way! I do not know how to make this any more clear! Oh, BTW this is not personal!

Simple mathematics. Do it the right way or it's just a matter of time.

Wrote up for cracked windshield..oh no what a criminal! Burned out headlight now that should be 1 year in jail.jk. Of course i am in a different position than you as i am not looking for a job or been fired. I would say has to be more to this. Mayby the u turns? Or other things they wrote you up for during the cracked windshield episode? Like said what you mentioned are minor offenses for sure. I have been doing this for over 40 years and never had a speeding award 1 to 5 miles over posted limit. Thats ridiculous. Even in construction zones i have come up on a cop 4 to 5 miles over and never got even a glance from them. Why would they even bother when very soon hammer down hank will come along at 30 mph over? Oh and not bragging..well mayby a little..my last speeding award was, not 100% sure, like in 1995.
