No points on your mvr (driver lic). Only on your psp. Almost every company will look at your psp as well as your mvr before hiring you.
Should I be worried , this occurred in Illnois

1. Violation: This is anything listed as wrong from a light out to speeding to having 3 missing tires. This goes on the company CSA and your PSP report.
2. Citation: This is the fine that accompanies the violation. Usually a city/county fine that goes into local coffers.
What most LEO's call a warning is simply a CVSA violation without a city/county citation. But it doesn't matter what they put in comments. It matters what the violation number is. and it's violation as soon as it's submitted. Doesn't matter if it also has an accompanying citation. -

To put things into perspective regarding anything on paper that is a violation: anything we did 15 years ago that would have got ya driver of the month will now get you FIRED .
