If the LEO did not write you a separate ticket for the warning, then no,it will not appear on your MVR, this will only go on your PSP report and the companies CSA database.

You had the answer in posts 5, 10 and I stopped looking after post 31. I would love to also bring this comment to the attention of @REO6205 @kemosabi49 and @MACK E-6 because the staff generally frown at the forum being trolled this way.

Bro, wait a min....I didn't even see where you said you were already fighting a speeding ticket in CA. I'm kind of disappointed because I was under the impression that the warning in Illinois was your first infraction. I tried to give you something to be upbeat about, and I still stand by my words. It's a few things worth mentioning. That ticket in CA is definitely going on your license. Thats a moving violation and its staying on your license for 3 years. They don't play around out there. You're inexperienced and everyone is trying to teach you something but you're only looking for validation instead of lessons. Now listen, if you dont get that speeding under control, your not even going to be allowed to drive because your license will be taken by them folks. Then you keep messing with your company's safety score. Your company wont be able to get loads from any broker if that safety score is out of control. That ultimately will lead to them getting putnoutnof business. I used to work for a company, with a cheap owner that wanted to play by his own rules too. Vehicle maintenance issues, log violations, speeding, all of those ended up killing his business off. I worked with him for 5 years trying to rehab my career after issues with drugs. All of his issues made him a prime target for DOT, much like your company is now. I had a bad CSA score because of the owner being so cheap. Then he was unable to get loads from brokers because of his piss poor safety score. I had to leave that company. I was set to work for Magnum. They denied me because I had a bad CSA score. It cant be higher than a 30, or else they will deny you. If I had applied there this past June, they would have taken me, but I'm happy where I am now. Midwest Freight Systems would have taken me, but they had concerns about how I take care of my equipment. I take tremendous care of what I drive, but I worked for a cheap owner, I only stayed as long as I did so my drug issues could get far enough behind me. Perception was reality though. Companies look at drivers that close. It isn't about making the most money dude. If you're focused solely on the money, you wont have any longevity in this. I want to see you succeed so slow that truck down, stop cheating the logs, and protect your license. Protect your company and other drivers too.

    Iemontel Thanks this.

What you were doing was trolling and instigating arguments. You were doing it on purpose.
It's not funny and it goes to show your immaturity.
If you have a legitimate problem there are people on here that will go out of their way to help you. This thread is absolute proof of that.
The next time you start a thread try not to aggravate the people that are taking their free time to help you.
