If your testing positive after using CBD you either smoked something after or your buying from a unreliable source. CBD products without THC will not get you high or fail you, though there are exceptions to this rule..

You can have CBD and THC, BUT...that kind can't be sold in states where it's not legal, and in the ones it is I believe it must be sold from a licensed shop, and it has the info on it that it contains THC.

Here in NC you can buy CBD products in a lot of places, but none of it is going to get you high or cause a positive, an if it does...again you either took something with thc or your part of that weird "rare" crowd who swears they get "high" off everything from CBD to advil.
