Sometimes it’s ok,this is second load today, first time at this place ever.
$625 made to the truck today, but been at it since 0500, now I get to unload and either park or ... start a new day, I’m about 100 miles from home.

I’ve only drove..215 maybe 220 miles today also, but just time wasted.
This load here is .70/100 so it’s a little over $350, 108 loaded miles.

Just old um..antiquated equipment to unload with makes for a very long day.
It reminds me, I should invest in a chair, then I wouldn’t have to stand in the heat at least.

Air products had a deal with a customer that they got 6 hours to unload before any detention was charged.......

Needless to say I didn’t do many of those loads ......

I’m barred for life at anheuser busch in Jonesboro, Ar.
    I threw a good fit.
Sat all day, all night, part of next day, so I was ready for a good fit throwing.
I told everyone there what I thought of them, so I am no longer welcome.
But they didn’t care to make you sit.

    Well.
The load I had was rough rice, about 20 miles, paid $100 to the truck..
It was for a guy I do a lot of work for, so, I took one for the team.
Sat in line from 0900-1400, was next when they stopped receiving at 1345.

I ordered a pizza because if I left, I’d lose spot and was still a ton of trucks.
Next morning, about 0900, when they decided to start up, my load was rejected because the guy seen a “bug kick his legs” in the rice.

“Really?” I say, “You just kicked a huge rat down the pit mangled from an auger!
Then looked at me and said Added Flavoring!”
And your worried about some little bug?”

Then he went off, I told him what I though, the lady in the office hit mobile shout-out and me and my crank handle was ready to fight our way to the door.
5 v me wouldn’t have been pretty, but someone woulda had a metal crank sandwich, and I had a pretty good idea who it was going to be.

Just throwing this out there for anybody who already has loads lined up after the holiday weekend. Denver will be 95 to 100 Sunday and Monday, and Tuesday a blast of cold air heads down and will drop snow in the central states on the I-80, I-70 and all the way down to the I-40.
