Am I the only one who notices that Cascadias have trouble with the passenger side park light bulb fading out and looking white? I own one, and have changed the bulb 3 times and within days I can tell the bulb is fading out. Why is it always the passenger side and is there a way to fix this? I notice lots of Cascadias that have this issue

I’ve never notice it to be specific to the passenger side myself. It’s caused by replacing the bulb with a coated 3157 bulb as opposed to a 3157NA, which stands for “naturally amber”. The glass itself is amber on a NA bulb, cheap amber bulbs are just coated amber and the coating melts away after running in the DRL mode for extended periods

If you can find some 3157NALL (Naturally Amber Long Life) bulbs they’ll fix you right up. Napa sells them under their own brand that work well, we use them in our volvos that suffer the same issue
