    I wonder if he had more room to swing out to make the turn & he didnt know how to do it? The cop (probably thinking "here we go again")knew what was going to happen b4 the steering wheel holder put the trlr tandem in that hole. To bad a local yokal cant stay in the area to watch for wayward drivers.
