Tell them you’ll file against their bond if they don’t pay you.RubyEagle, Trucker61016, Lonesome and 1 other person Thank this. -
Should've mentioned it's a Uber load if that's make any difference
TallJoe Thanks this. -

I’d be on the phone now, and even looking up the number of the “customer” of the place I picked it up, and be on the phone to see if they’ll take it back.Badmon, rollin coal and PTLLC2020 Thank this. -
The trouble with that is who do you call at uber? They're automated which works great when everything goes smoothly but #### happens and then you can't get anyone on the phone.
Edited - just saw Judge's reply to call the customer. Yeah for sure if a broker isn't going to do their job time to start talking to the customers direct.Dino soar, Trucker61016 and Judge Thank this. -
6 DAYS?!

You know PTLLC, your truck lost six days of revenue, if this happened to me I would not sit on a load for more than a day and if the broker pulled this crap, back to the shipper it would go.
you should consider contacting the shipper, someone in the front office and tell them that you are being this loadnback for their disposal, then inform the broker, be ready to take a loss or file against their bond.nikmirbre and Speed_Drums Thank this.
