So. My roommate just finished his week 3 and gave me some inside info. 1st Tuesday they "surprise" you with the physical and drug test. It's urine test not hair.

Tomorrow will be day 1. It's a study session 12-6. Rest of the week is 7-4. I'll be updating after each day. Of course I will have plenty of questions, too. ;)

Honestly. While I am disappointed about the autoshifts. I does take one thing I was worried about off the table.

It will suck in the snow , atleast with reefer u wont be going offroad to much i wouldnt think... i could not imagine running an autoshift up to the one quarry i go to. I wouldve been stuck so many times because u have no way to work low rpms with an auto and use the torque to get u out of a mudhole . I drove one for almost a year and hated every second of it . I like my stick shift and wont drive an auto as long as i have my choice of which truck i drive

Yeah but the difference is there is no clutch. So u cant really work the torque in slowly or take it away when u feel it slip. An auto is just gonna spin out, atleast that has been my experience
