UPDATE
It was the tensioner pulley on the main belt. I pulled it off, and spun it by my ear. Bearing felt and sounded perfect. Opened it up, and bearing was dry as a bone. Elastomer seal was hard and brittle. Instead of putting some grease in it, I figured it had had enough, and bought a new one. Noise gone.
For anyone trying to open up that Dayco tensioner pulley, you need to drill a hole in the front of the pulley to expose a Torx bolt. Run that off, and the pulley comes right off. Snap ring on the back, and you're ready to press out the bearing, if that's what you want to do. Don't try to "pull" the pulley. The way it's fastened, it won't pull. You have to unbolt it.

I mounted that box in the little picture. Couldn't pass it up. Marked down to $400. Made of 1/8 steel, greaseable hinges, and very nice. New cab air bags and governor as well. I also set up a dump valve for the rear axle on my spread that I can control with the trailer aux switch on my dash.
