It’s so nice to have our own coffee. Now we need a bigger refrigerator. It’s a work in progress, like the whole Truck is. I enjoy planning and upgrading it. Gives me something to think about while driving. Paint frame, polish it up, re do interior.

Plan C, show up with a case of beer, some cash. Get a Yanmar Diesel generator for the Truck. Buy a small Mini split, a/c unit. Already got the box. Glad you got a generator. What size? 4000w?

I have wired many a house and did commercial work too. When it come to inverters I take them to a local RV shop those guys know their ####. That's what they do all day with coaches and trailers

Do yourself a favor if doing this, get a CO detector. I've been running a generator for 7 years, last year the conditions were just right and I got CO poisoning overnight and was lucky to wake up.

A 1500 watt inverter came with my truck. It wouldn’t run my electric tea kettle without the engine running and idled up to about 900rpm. It took almost 6 minutes for the water to boil.

I went to a known source that works on apu’s and a/c (Texas Truck A/C). I showed them my tea kettle and current setup. Turns out Prime did some sketchy things wiring it, but it was still too small. $600 later I’ve got a sine wave 2500
Watt inverter with brand new correct sized cables. Boils water in 4 minutes and the engine just has to idle.

If that thing burns the truck to the ground they’ve got suitable insurance and are an actual business. Done. Easy.

Ok i just witnessed fed ex driver hit a moon crater at about 25mph in the truckstop. He went bouncing up in his seat like bull rider , hanging on for dear life, pretty sure his head made contact with the ceiling. Lmao.

I've witnessed some unbelievable fluster cucks the last two days at truck stops, and it's happening right now.

Everyone seems to be in a HUGE hurry, and every person working inside seems to have their head in the rectum.

    Great combo.
