Husband was driving as I ride along in Indiana with a load. Freshly hired and only two weeks here, and blew a tire. Had us go back to Fargo after dropping load to force him to resign. On payday. And refusing to give him any pay so we have no money to get is our things and our dog back home to Little Rock Arkansas and forcing us out of the truck in 18 degree weather. Have no resources or family that can financially help. Trying every resource we can find or think of. Filed a claim with the labor board but that takes time. Trying to find emergency help. No luck so far. Any advice?

Best advice I can give anyone is before you leave home for any trucking ventures, make sure you either have enough cash or credit to get you back home from anywhere in the country in the event of an emergency...

I think I second the idea of applying to Magnum since you're there in Fargo....isnt there another company up that way? I can't think of the name, but they have red trucks. Talk to those folks and maybe they can hurry up and put you to work before the holiday, or at least get you set up in the motel til Monday, but you gotta move quickly
