Thank you Mr. @Chinatown .... Just another day in the lawless land of Brasil.... where guns are illegal, police run away from bandits, organized crime is much better prepared, better equipped and are more powerful, have more money and overpower police. A country so corrupt that politicians don't do much for the people, cause they are too busy stealing people's money and involved in scandals that go nowhere... and fighting each other... a country where people have no rights, no protection and get no respect from their "authorities"....
People in that country are controlled by the militias... the organized crime... it's what it is... after a while, people accept it and live with it...
BTW, I copied and pasted this paragraph from the article on RT.com that you mentioned.

"Brazil has a robbery rate more than four times higher than the world average, according to UN figures. Similar heists to Monday’s assault on Criciuma have been reported in the cities of Araraquara, Botucatu, and Ourinhos in recent months.
Last year, a group of armed robbers disguised themselves as police officers to steal a whopping 750kg of gold in broad daylight from a Sao Paulo airport terminal. Without firing a single shot, the thieves pulled off the third-biggest robbery in Brazilian history."

In the meanwhile, in America, Joe plans on opening the borders and inviting the whole impoverished populations of the third word countries among everybody else, good bad and ugly that wishes to enjoy our system and take advantage of our "richness" as if we were rich here... and so many others still demand "defund the police", and abolish the Second Amendment... Yeah... right... I see the future in America entering a very dark era... most Americans don't believe is possible and can't even imagine...

Yeah, @Rocks, many Americans are spoiled and brainwashed and don't know what it like outside the USA.
They're afraid to venture too far outside their zip code.

    Rocks Thanks this.
