You going back to company driver or leasing your truck on to them? Just curious. I guess the Superior Carrier deal is soon to be a bust when the merger is complete.

Couple of my coworkers use to drive for Hartt hauling water. They said it was a really easy gig, but if your going to do it, drive for Poland Spring. Better pay and benefits. I think P.S. is paying $27 an hour starting.

Ya they are 27.10/hr OT after 40. I put an app in but havent heard back in a few weeks.

I called RC Moore and they are 22.50/hr OT after 40.

I definetly want to be in tankers but not otr so that kinda limits it to the water haulers. Savage wasn't hiring local last time I checked and Bouchey is a bit too far of a drive for me.

We keep trucks in Auburn at a yard off of Hackett Road. However, we are only paying $21.50 an hour starting, with OT after 40. You will be hauling Hazmat too, and most likely hauling bleach out of Savage.

    ncdriver1 Thanks this.

Do you guys have heater systems to keep the valves and vents from freezing up? I hauled water in tankers down here in PA, and we had problems with frozen equipment in the winter.

No heater systems, bleach is good down to -25F. Caustic on the other hand freezes at 54F. Most places we go have steam or hot water, if not, then we break out the propane torches.
