It looks like they disappeared all together, I don’t see them on the loadboards anymore.
There is another suspicious broker that popped up now. Playing the same game allstate used to. They have a lot of “good” paying loads in and out of so.cal

 

Just saw your thread here. I have been tracking these clowns for a few years now.
All State Association and TriStar Transit just had their DAT profiles removed by DAT, hence why you dont see them posting anymore . They have new ones now.....

Massive 3PL out of TX is one of them but they have a few more they are using. Let me access my database and i will let you guys know who they are.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THESE POPLE, THEY WILL SCREW A CARRIER OVER IN A HEARTBEAT. EVEN TQL ISNT AS BAD AS THE ALL STATES!!!!

I have a list of 500 MC#s they have been using to double broker freight as well for anyone interested..

 

Yep that’s who I was referring too. And its so obvious too that its the same people

 

DAT pulled them for a reason. i suspect enough complaints from legitimate carriers/brokers may have done the trick. Now i know Massive 3pl, Got Freight, and others have recently popped up on DAT and Truckstop posting loads up. Sometimes at amazing rates... Well let me tell you, you haul that load you aint getting paid pal.... SO what i would like to do is find a way, maybe with the help of some honest truckers or anyone who has been burned by them, to acquire some documentation in the form of rate cons, emails, names, etc from these new ones like Massive. IF anyone is interested or would like to assist, please contact me so we can make it harder for these fraudsters to screw us all over.

 

Furthermore, if you book a load with these folks - you give them all of your information right? Right? Whats to stop them from calling me pretending to be you and booking loads with me? I know they are doing this for a fact.

 

I can’t remember what all I put in my shady broker thread but I’ll talk to my wife. She knows the owners name and even found videos on YouTube of him speaking. She spent days tracking these ####s down.

 

Yes sir! i have seen the video on youtube, i think its like VIBES Episode 23 or something. Just searching All State Association on Youtube is how i found it. TriStar Transit has a recruiting video on Instagram too you can look up. Lots of employee photos as well, showing lavish houses and Mercedes.. which i can assure you isnt anywhere near the average experience you'll have working there.
