This is society today sadly, blame everyone and the government but not look in the mirror at the real cause of the stupidity that surrounds them......people blame the government because they didn't save money for a rainy day and now expect the government to pay their rent or loans.....smh

How about giving me back 25% of my salary back to me , and then we can talk about personal responsibility.
Cause otherwise if government taking money away from me., they also have to take responsibility!

Well yes but you're responsible to make sure your taxes match your situation, like adjusting your withholdings and such.....i was simply saying save money for all possible issues......

On the bright side, if I’m not mistaken the start of that video is a bridge over a 200+’ deep gorge. So imagine making it across only to crash on the other side.

and in defense of USA Truck, I don’t see any damage. Maybe he just pulled over an quit. “Take me to the nearest bus terminal, 15cpm ain’t worth it.”

Nah man, it needs to be said. Dispatchers, shippers and these stay at home and order everything from online/delivery people occasionally need to be put in their place. If my kid ran the world everyone would eat cookies and potato chips, but he’s a child and I’m supposed to be the adult.

I feel bad for the guys that put themselves in that position, they think if they can run some impossible load in insane conditions they’ll be worshipped as Big Darn Heros, I’m sure anyone who’s been to a megacorp’s HQ has seen all the granite statues erected in their honor. No?

The reality is when they screw up they’ll be gone and only remembered if the damage they caused on the way out was significant. “Oh that guy? Yeah he took out 3 trucks, killed 5 people AND managed to set convenience store on fire.”

I’m glad I’m in a position now to tell my boss NO. Because he knows it gets expensive when I try too hard.

Dude, LITERALLY why we call them “slip and fall lawyers”! Take pics, call The Hammer, buy a pontoon boat and something to tow it with from the settlement.

There are 3 or 4 bridges like that in the first 100 miles or so of i80. Most dangerous one is mm80 in Hazen.

You go down a steep hill, have a blind curve to the left, then the curve tightens right before the bridge.

That's going eastbound. One false move and you go over.
