Sysco Atlanta destroyed my brand new trailer...

That's unreal. How in the hell could they shave the floor like that?
I drop in some Sysco places and they are about as bad as I have found.
That's the trouble with trailers. They are hammering away in and out of there. Many time I just say to myself, it's a good thing I don't own a trailer or we would have a lot of problems here.
I feel for you man.

 

Had the forks to low, thats why you have to watch the loading or unloading.

 

Right, but you do not get on the dock to watch a #### thing in lot's of places. I have a Sysco spot where you take paper and your door number to the office window. You go back to the truck, wait for the green and get your paper for the back of the trailer.
Lucky I have only had one issue so far. Four boxes of onions thrown aside as damaged. Of course those were up in the load somewhere and may well have been pulled off a skid when they backed out.
No one will ever know the truth.

 

I don't miss grocer wh at all. Open deck is better.

Yep, I have had grocery warehouses rip the wall out of my reefer, and then deny the hell out of it. I got out of that business. I got tired of being treated like a leper by these minimum wage idiots and sold my trailer and went back to open deck. I have a step deck now and the difference is night and day. I had forgotten how nice it was to show up somewhere and be treated like a human being.
