It's effed up how they did you, but the things you listed are reasons I will likely never work for an outfit with more than 50 trucks ever again.
They COULD have easily prevented this, yet they are a big enough revolving door that they simply don't care. There are sadly probably over 10 drivers in line behind you waiting to work there, willing to submit to their rules and mind games. And some would probably work for even cheaper.
My last "orientation" was standing in the parking lot with the boss. Basically I was told "take care of my equipment and keep it clean." "Stay out of trouble as best you can."
No useless, never ending "safety" videos and power point presentations about how to be a 64mph knuckle dragger and hog the middle lane all day.

Hell I'm surprised they even offered you a company physical & didn't cut you lose after noticing the sketchy documents.

Take the physical. Why wouldn't you do something that benefits YOU? Yes, I use a sleep apnea machine. Its AMAZING how much it helps. Unbiased opinion on MY experience.
