Thats why we went with cheap tires because of the oilfield. Imo not a fan of the ironman tires. Have 8 on the drives on the 93 and over 65 it gets shaky. The road masters on the 99 ride true. Can't wait til these ironman wear down

I get at least 130k, from them, then another 130k, on the front drive axle. I’ve only bought 1 set of Drives in 11 yrs. I’m ready for at least 4 new drives, on rear axle, then next yr. right before Winter, move them up, and 4 more new on rear axle. Works well for Me. They’ll all wear out about the same time, without rotating.

OTR must not be hard on tires. When the old man was logging he'd burn down a set of drives to about 30-40% in a 10 month haul season. Maybe 70,000 to 85,000 kilometers a year depending on the length of hauls. Chains on 2-3x a day 4 months of the year probably didn't help much either lol.

Has anyone ran GLADIATOR QR55-ST tires?

They have good reviews online and are about 329 each.

I like the Roadmasters. I had those and Michelins on my truck. It looked like the rubber on the Roadmasters held up better.

I ended up buying some Goodyear Marathon LTD's from Sumple Tire...$2960.51 Shipped to my door and I put them on myself. So far I'm happy with them.

That's a good price! I got a place here in Houston that will let me pay them in 100 days so I'm going to do that. I bought Pirelli's made in Brazil last time but do oilfield and get a lot of stones/ rocks in the grooves.
