Was wondering how many other drivers have come across this sittuation?
You receive a load to transport a preloaded trailer from an overnight shipping company. You do not work for that company you work for a 3rd party.
The instructions say that you must take your 10 hr break on site and drive load straight through.
The kicker is that the company you are picking up from will not allow you to use the restroom. So therefore no BMs or Urination for 10 plus hrs.
Is this a leagal 10 hr break, are they allowed to not allow you to use the restroom for the entirety of your break.
